Eye Innovations is committed to providing quality eyewear. Our associates are skilled professionals, utilizing quality ophthalmic materials to process your eyewear. Each pair of glasses is inspected at least twice before reaching a customer. Eye Innovations is pleased to recheck your eyewear, after your purchase, to assure you of its accuracy.
In keeping with our commitment to quality, we are pleased to provide the following guarantee and breakage warranties.
30-Day Total Satisfaction Guarantee
Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. If after wearing your glasses, they are not meeting your expectations, you may exchange your eyeglasses, in their original condition, within 30 days for another pair of equal value at no extra charge to you. Any accidental damage such as scratches or broken parts is not covered under the 30 day guarantee, but is covered under the 1-Year Scratch and Breakage Warranty or Replacement Discount.
2-Year Scratch and Breakage Warranty
If your frame or lenses should break within two years from the initial purchase date, we will repair or replace for free if such a repair or replacement results from a manufacturer’s defect.
2-Year Replacement Discount
This plan protects your frames and lenses for two years from the date of purchase . With this plan, we will replace your broken glasses or damaged lenses with the same or equivalent pair for 50% of their current retail price, one time within
two years of the purchase date, if such repair or replacement results from accidental customer breakage or excessive lens scratches. If the same frame is no longer available, you can choose another frame of equal value to replace it. Additional costs may apply to upgrades. Sorry, this protection does not apply to customer loss of frame or lenses, theft or industrial safety eyewear.
Lifetime of Free Cleanings and Adjustments
For as long as you own your glasses, we will provide you with free cleaning and complimentary adjustments for the life of your glasses even if you purchased them elsewhere.
